How to get slimmer



One tip for this is:

Less Rice. Being and living in Asia, rice is a part of our daily lives. We can’t live or eat without it. Too much of it though, means too many carbohydrates. I took into consideration an exercise I saw from “Biggest Loser Asia”, to eat at a smaller plate and not go into seconds or thirds. But this doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice food intake. Even with smaller plate, you can have the food pyramid in it and live healthy.

Twilight Spoof!



Vampires Suck is a story about contemporary teen angst and romance movies. Becca, an anxious non-vampire teen, is torn between two boys. Before she can choose, Becca, must get around her controlling father, who embarasses Becca by treating her like a child.
