oodie, according to wikipedian, is an informal term for a particular group of individuals, who consider themselves aficionados of food and drink. The word was coined in 1981 by Paul Levy and Ann Barr, who used it in the title of their 1984 book The Official Foodie Handbook.

One tip for this is:
Less Rice. Being and living in Asia, rice is a part of our daily lives. We can’t live or eat without it. Too much of it though, means too many carbohydrates. I took into consideration an exercise I saw from “Biggest Loser Asia”, to eat at a smaller plate and not go into seconds or thirds. But this doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice food intake. Even with smaller plate, you can have the food pyramid in it and live healthy.
